THE BANKING TRAINING PROGRAM (BTP)

Program Overview:
The Banking Training Program (BTP) graduates qualified bankers ready for employment through our market driven training program based on sector needs. Participants will be trained on the basics of the banking sector and integrated business skills. Upon successful completion of the 10-week program, participants will be employed in the areas of tellers and customer service with leading banks in Egypt

Available Positions:
The bank is offering employment opportunities in the areas of Teller and Customer Service.

Applicant Qualifications:
To be eligible for the Banking Training Program applicants must:
• Have Intermediate English language proficiency
• Be between the ages of 20 and 28
• Be unemployed (unable to get a job)
• Be a graduate of Commerce, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Economics and Political Science or any related major in Accounting and/or Management
• Have a graduation grade of Good or above
• Have graduated in 2007, 2008 or 2009 only
• Must be a resident of Greater Cairo
• Have successfully completed military service, exempted or postponed (Male applicants only)

Preference will be given to applicants who have participated in community service/volunteer work.
Exceptions to the above criteria will be made for special talents and skills.

• Pass the English Placement Exam which will be scheduled with selected applicants who have applied
• Pass the Soft Skills Assessment Session
• Pass EFE-Egypt Interview
• Pass Bank selection process
Applicants who have filled in the application form and are eligible for the program will be contacted by EFE-Egypt.

Course Duration: 10 weeks, six days a week (Saturday to Thursday), eight hours per day (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)

Venue: Cairo

Participant Payment:
a. Participation Fee: 150 LE
b. Alumni Fee: 5% of monthly income for one year (optional)

Salary Expectations:
Successful graduates will receive competitive salaries as bankers.

Employment:
Graduates will receive employment upon successful completion of the 10-week program.
